IMPORTANT INFORMATION ABOUT YOUR DEBIT/ATM CARDS

To better serve you- we have decided to personally service any emergency calls that may come in regarding a lost or stolen debit card or if you suspect any fraudulent activity.

The emergency toll free numbers on the back of your Debit Card may no longer be valid.

There are TWO NEW emergency numbers:

1.888.454.2328, Ext. 4 Or 585.454.5900, Ext. 128

Please verify these numbers and keep this information with your important documents. You will need these new numbers if your card is ever lost or stolen or if you suspect fraudulent activity.
