Member Response: More branches not in the city, a branch in Brighton, Pittsford, Penfield, a branch closer to me.  

Our answer: We participate in Shared Branching which allows our members to do every day transactions; withdrawals, deposits, and loan payments at participating LOCAL credit unions.    

They are as follows: Family First, Reliant, St. Pius, Summit, and Xceed.

We also have 4000+ National Branch Locations.

Our answer:  Interest rates right now are not great anywhere, however, if you compare- we are currently paying top of the market rates.
