The recently enacted Health Care and Education Affordability Act of 2010 included provisions that eliminate the involvement of private lenders from the process of originating Federal Stafford or Plus loans. Because of this change Advantage will no longer be offering these products. We are advising our members to seek information on education financing needs from college financial aid offices and high school guidance offices.
